Jump Athletic weekly skills training is ideal for any level player. Our trainers will take you to your own personal next level of play. So if you’re preparing for high school or college ball, just starting out or you’ve outgrown recreational basketball and are feeling ready to work in smaller groups for intense, yet fun skill-building, come hang with us at Jump Athletic.

You’ll work with our trainers in a variety of areas including:

– Defense
– Offense
– Ball handling
– Shooting
– 1 on 1 moves
– Post moves
– Basketball conditioning

– Free throw
– Rebounding
– Passing
– Footwork
– Mental toughness
– Vertical jumping

Skills training is held weekly at one of our locations.
