Jump Athletic Launches Off-Season Intensive Basketball Training for High School Players
Program to further develop Arizona’s up-and-coming high school players wanting to take their basketball game to next level
Phoenix, AZ (March 23, 2009)—For players in 9th through 12th grades, Jump Athletic offers a special off-season high-level basketball training program to help further develop players on the rise in high school. Open to only 50 players, this intensive program will take place on Sundays from 10am-12pm beginning April 19th 2009. Combine I starts Sunday, April 19. Combine II starts Sunday July 12. (Note: The program is limited to 50 players.)
Featuring trainers Dan Wintering and Padraig O’Brien, players will work with our top-notch, qualified trainers in an intensive off-season clinic that will allow you to take your game to the next level and prepare you for being a part of your 2009-2010 basketball season.
Dan is one of Jump Athletic’s top trainers having coached and trained at USC and ASU. His brother is high school basketball player phenom Alec Wintering. Padraig is senior trainer for Jump Athletic and has trained Ike Diogu, Marcie J. Lampe, former Suns player and currently one of the highest paid big men in Russia, former Glendale standout Travis Peterson, MVP of the Baltic league and current high school phenom Matt Carlino.
Jump Athletic is quickly becoming one of the top breeding grounds in Arizona for youth basketball. Serving boys and girls ages 7-16 through its training academy, camps and clinics, players work with experienced trainers on drills focusing on shooting, defense, ball handling, footwork and conditioning, rebounding and much more. Centrally located, training is housed out of Tesseract School’s new middle and upper school campus at 40th Street and Shea Boulevard situated in the center of the Valley.

These intensive combine sessions allow Jump Athletic to assist you in molding these young talented players, and continue to develop their fundamentals in the off season. It’s an all-inclusive training approach that we’ve designed to work around your coaches’ program schedules. Our goal is to improve individuals, improve your teams, which will improve the overall quality of high school basketball in Arizona.
Combines will also feature a special guest speaker who will share insight with players into what it takes to be a successful student/athlete in both high school and college.
