How do I register my child for camp?
There is one way to register for camp.
Via our website – on the camp description page, click on the sign-up now button. Complete the application with the camper’s personal information and fill in your credit card information.

What ages are eligible to participate in camp?
Boys and girls ages 8 to 17 can register and participate in camp.

Are the camps co-ed?
All of the camps are co-ed.

What are the hours of camp?
All camps run from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm (unless otherwise noted).

What is a typical camp day?
9:00am-9:15am-Morning announcements and full court warm-ups

9:15am-12:00pm-Instructional Drill Stations

12:00pm-1:00pm-Lunch

1:00pm-2:00pm-Guest Trainer Lecture and Demonstration

2:00pm-2:30pm-Break, Video Game Play in the Game Truck

2:30pm-3:45pm-Contest and Game Situations

3:45pm-4:00pm-Hustle Awards, Announcements, and Dismissal

Is there before and after-hours care?
Before and after care is not available.

Is there transportation available?
No, but we can potentially connect you with other parents for carpool help on a case by case basis.

Do campers get lunch?
Lunch is NOT included in the camp package. Each child is required to bring a bagged lunch that will be stored in a locked refrigerator. We’ll provide water fountains. Powerade is kind enough to provide us drinks for campers as well. Please note that glass bottles of any kind are prohibited.

Is there a camp store?
There will not be a camp store this summer. Gatorade machines located in the facility; however, we are not responsible for any lost money.  Water is provided at all times during camp hours.

What is included with the camp fee?
The camp fee includes all coaching and instruction plus a special edition Jump Athletic camp t-shirt.

How many sessions does a typical camper attend?
We have a wide variety of participation from our campers. Some kids spend one week with us while others sign up for all sessions.

What will my child do on a typical day?
A typical day consists of comprehensive stations (small group drills), competitive league games, contests and guest lectures. The campers will also get an hour-long break for lunch and 30-minute break where they get to play video games on the Game Truck.

How are the groups divided?
The groups are generally divided by age. If necessary, additional consideration will be made based on talent level. The camp director must approve all such moves.

Do the girls and boys play together?
The boys and girls participate in camp activities together. Our coaches are professionals who create parity in each group and assure that everyone receives equal playing time and attention.

Who teaches the campers?
Jump Athletic prides itself on having the #1 summer basketball staff in the greater Phoenix area. The staff is made up of AAU coaches, former/current professional players and current/former college players. Everyone on our staff has extensive knowledge of the game of basketball as well as experience teaching and coaching kids.

Are there lockers available?
Lockers are not available. Do NOT bring any jewelry, valuables or loose cash.

What should my child bring to camp?
Campers should wear basketball attire to camp. This includes sneakers, shorts and a t-shirt or reversible jersey. Do NOT bring any jewelry, valuables or loose cash. An on-site camp phone will be accessible to all campers.

What is your cancellation policy? Are there any refunds?
Due to the long-term planning and staffing that goes into each camp, we only issue refunds if you give us notice at least 10 or more days prior to the start of the camp. If you cancel, you will receive a refund less a $75 administrative fee. For cancellations less than 10 days prior to camp, there is no refund.

Does my child need a medical form?
Each camper MUST submit a completed medical form and send to Jump Athletic prior to camp via fax at 602-357-3405 or bring it on the first day of camp in order to participate. You can download the medical release form here. Please note that this form can be the one given to you by Basketball City or a similar medical form completed by your child’s physician.
